Welcome to Soulenergy! I’m honored to support you on your healing journey. After years of working in the mental health field, I began searching for complementary modalities to support the mind, body, and soul. After experiencing the many benefits of energy work firsthand, I knew I had found a path that would allow me to use my gifts in a truly fulfilling way.

I intend to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported, allowing you to reconnect with your inner wisdom. I believe everyone has their own unique path to healing, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. With each session, I guide you with empathy, compassion, and intuition, ensuring it’s tailored to you as an individual. My training includes certification as a Master Reiki Practitioner and in Sound and Vibration Therapy.

I invite you to discover how energy work can transform your life, just as it has transformed mine. Visit my studio in St. Cloud, Minnesota, or check out upcoming events. Please reach out if you have any questions—I’m here for you.
